Things to keep in mind when cartoon anime or manga optics from unlike angles:

Drawing Anime Eyes From Different Angles

In the none angled front view the optics will usually exist drawn far enough apart that yous can fit another eye in betwixt.

When cartoon anime eyes at an angle draw everything as though it's been vertically compressed (more so the more the eyes are angled).

In addition to this the distance between the optics drawn at an bending should be narrower than the width of the heart that is closer to the viewer. The further away heart should be even narrower than that (it should too exist smaller).

I reason for this is the curve of the head.

Another reason for this is that due to perspective the further away objects are fatigued smaller that objects of the same size that are closer to the viewer.

Superlative Downward View

Anime optics peak down view

When drawing the optics from the peak downward view draw the acme of the eyes flatter. The reason for this is that the eyelids will be more than visible from this bending and will appear to cover more than of the eyes.

Bottom Up View

When cartoon the eyes from the bottom upwardly view draw the elevation of the eyes more than curved. The reason for this is that when looking at the eyes from this angle the eyelids will become more than hidden behinds the curvature of the eyelids.
